10 hours / up to 550 km; shorter time or distance may cost less
Service beyond 10 hours is overtime at AUD 200 per hour. Maximum charter service is 12 hours per day.
* Prices are based on commercial transport rates in Western Australia. Be cautious of materially lower rates where service or coverage may be uncertain.

Free consultation
Contact us via the website, WhatsApp or email with your preferred attractions or destinations, number of travellers, dates, budget and any special requirements.

Requirement confirmation & estimate (complimentary)
We provide an estimated budget. If you are happy with it, we proceed to formal itinerary planning.

Itinerary planning (paid service)
Our Western Australia-based team designs the most suitable itinerary from scratch around your needs, schedule and budget. Planning begins after you accept the Step 2 estimate and pay the deposit.
Custom planning requires extensive research, operator collaboration, inspections, local experience and close attention to detail. A planning fee of AUD 180–280 per person is required before work begins; itineraries longer than six days may exceed AUD 180.
The itinerary is delivered within 48 hours of payment, with unlimited revisions for 7 days. If you then confirm a private tour, charter or related service with us, the planning fee is deducted from your final service total.

Booking & confirmation (paid service)
Once the itinerary and total cost are confirmed, we arrange accommodation, transport, activities and tickets on your behalf.
65% of the total is due within 48 hours of itinerary confirmation so bookings can begin. The remaining 35% is due at least 14 days before departure. Urgent or special cases may require full payment in one instalment.
We complete all final checks before departure so you can travel with peace of mind.
