Any extension beyond ten hours must be confirmed and paid, and daily service is capped at 12 hours under working-time requirements. The plan must allow lawful driver breaks, traffic and safe operation.

Every route must meet lawful driver hours, rest breaks, safety and road conditions. Breaks may be required during the service and the daily limit is 12 hours. Allow realistic driving, waiting and boarding time.
